For El Vivero, a residential development in Lugo de Llanera, we defined its positioning and created an integrated communication system around the idea of “Homes that breathe”: adaptable, light-filled spaces designed for contemporary living. The project included communication consultancy, website design, copywriting, multimedia content, outdoor advertising and a documentary film. AI-generated animations transformed architectural renders into engaging, lived-in stories across digital, audiovisual and physical touchpoints.
