Condis needed to strengthen the identity of its franchise stores, aligning them with the brand universe while still respecting their individuality. The goal was to create a friendly, coherent and functional visual expression that connects with local customers, clearly differentiating franchise stores from corporate-owned locations.
At HOW, we developed a visual and narrative system built on three creative pillars: proximity, empathy and trust.
We created graphic adaptations that preserve the essence of Condis Life, while simplifying shapes, colours and messaging to fit a more flexible and functional environment. The system was applied across signage, window graphics and communication materials for franchise stores.
The new proposal brings cohesion to the Condis ecosystem, reinforces the sense of belonging within the franchise network, and delivers a clear message to customers: “Sempre a prop teu.”
